Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Glen, NH. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized rehab plans, and implement evidence-based therapies to improve mobility and reduce pain in a travel setting.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy (preferred).
• Physical Therapy experience, but New Grads are welcome to apply (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify functional limitations.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and goals.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
