Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy seeks a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Morgan Hill, CA. Start ASAP with 40 hours per week, 8-hour days, in a facility setting.

The role emphasizes evaluation, treatment planning, and patient education within a collaborative clinical team. You’ll work closely with physicians and nurses to implement evidence-based care, maintain documentation, and support discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement physical therapy treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate equipment safely and maintain calibration where applicable.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists for coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
