Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Morgan Hill, CA. The role requires 40 hours per week, days shift, and active BLS with state licensure. Immediate opening with potential for extension based on performance and needs of facilities.

Strong team collaboration and attention to documentation are expected. Candidates should have at least 6 months of PT experience; exceptional candidates with related backgrounds may be considered with 6 months.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in Physical Therapy
• BLS certification required
• State-specific licensing required

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervising PTAs, support staff
• Bill within the setting following guidelines
• Adhere to PT board rules and regulations
• Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians for plan of care
• Understand adaptive equipment
• Evaluate and create a plan of care
• Modify plan of care as patient condition changes
• Use Medical Center computer systems daily
• Provide timely and accurate documentation per guidelines
