Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Mesa, Arizona. You will evaluate and treat patients, collaborate with inter-disciplinary teams, and ensure compliant care delivery during a 13-week contract.

Responsibilities include comprehensive evaluations, documentation, and ongoing professional development, with shifts 8 hours days, 40 hours per week, and a focus on inpatient rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid, current State license as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in physical therapy.
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive evaluation of assigned patients and develop appropriate treatment plans and goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address barriers to discharge.
• Manage individual, concurrent, and group treatment sessions based on patient needs.
• Document medical records clearly and accurately, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Participate in student programs, providing a supportive learning environment.
• Pursue professional development through continuing education and involvement in professional activities.
• Adhere to State Practice Acts and maintain licensure in good standing.
• Engage in advocacy, including community events and professional memberships.
