Job summary

Centra Healthcare Allied seeks a travel Physical Therapist to join a LTAC in Lancaster, Ohio. The contract is 13 weeks, with 40 hours per week, dayshift, and a travel assignment.

The candidate should be a graduate, hold a PT license (or be in the application process), CPR certified, and able to develop a plan of care, deliver skilled PT services, and collaborate with the care team to meet patient goals.
