• Complete discharge summaries and maintain documentation in EHR
• Participate in facility meetings, trainings, and in-services
• Supervise PT assistants, aides, and students as needed
• Adhere to APTA standards and state practice acts
• Maximum RTO request of 5-7 days depending on facility
