The role requires an active Physical Therapist license either in Texas or eligible via compact and a minimum of two years in LTC settings to support high-quality patient care across assignments.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license (Texas or compact eligible) is required.
• Minimum of two years recent LTC/Skilled Nursing experience.
• Active BLS certification required.
