Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy OR Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with NPTE.
• Graduate from an accredited program.
• Minimum one year of experience.
• Current state license or in process for licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients and determine rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and administer a plan of care with measurable goals.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services per physician orders.
• Document patient progress and collaborate with the care team.
