Requirements:
- State licensed, BLS certification
- Skills required: AROM/AAROM/PROM, Arousal and Attention, Body Mechanics, Identifying Environmental Barriers, Pain Assessment, Skin Integrity, Strength Testing, Vital Signs, Patient Assessment, Discharge Planning, Evaluation, Setting Long Term and Short Term Goals, Plan of Care, Reassessments, Time Management, Gait Belt Use, Home Exercise Program, Patient and Family Education, Recognizing Signs & Symptoms of Abuse (physical, sexual, psychological), Safety and Injury Prevention
Job Details:
- Pay: $2,448 - $2,641 per week
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks
- Shift: 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts from 08:00 to 16:30
- Experience: At least one year of relevant experience required
