• State licensed
• BLS certification
• At least one year of relevant experience
• Skills required: Assessment, Discharge planning, Evaluation, Setting Long Term and Short Term Goals, Plan of Care development, Reassessments, Home Exercise Program development

Job Details:

• Pay: $2,658 - $2,857 per week
• Assignment Duration: 12 weeks
• Shift: 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts from 08:00 to 16:00
