Fusion Medical Staffing - Therapy seeks a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Jacksonville, Florida. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop rehab plans, and collaborate with a clinical team to restore mobility and reduce pain.

Travel opportunities and a competitive benefits package accompany this role. Qualified candidates hold an active Physical Therapy license, BLS, and prefer a Doctorate in Physical Therapy; new grads are welcome.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.
• Experience preferred; new grads welcome.
• Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify functional limitations.
• Develop and implement personalized rehab programs.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes.
• Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and other therapists.
• Educate patients on home exercise and safety.
