Qualifications

Job description

Role:

Inpatient Physical Therapist providing specialized rehabilitation therapy within a hospital setting.

Responsibilities:

Deliver neuro re-education, therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, self-care training, and functional activities. Use advanced equipment such as ceiling lifts, Sara lifts, Bioness, and Diego. Follow unit policies, including AIDET communication techniques and service recovery protocols. Flexibility to float to other hospital units if needed.

Qualifications:

Certification in physical therapy with at least two years of hospital and inpatient rehab experience, particularly in stroke evaluation and treatment. Experience in neuro re-education therapies is advantageous.
