Sr. Talent Acquisition with ATI Physical Therapy - Hiring GREAT Outpatient Travel PTs

Overview

The position is eligible for a relocation bonus.

Explore ATI Launch and Explore ATI Passport are internal physical therapist travel programs designed for recent graduates, those returning to outpatient orthopedics, and experienced clinicians seeking new opportunities. These programs offer valuable clinical experience, broaden perspectives, and promote personal and professional growth. With a network of over 900 clinics across the U.S., clinicians can select and travel to multiple locations during the program. After completion, clinicians can renew their travel experience or find a permanent position through the Roots program.

Responsibilities

This role involves evaluating and treating patients, establishing outcome-centered care plans, and delivering effective care management throughout the patient's episode of care. The successful physical therapist operates at the top of their license, appropriately leveraging and delegating care among the clinic team to achieve consistent, positive patient outcomes.
