Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Pinehurst, North Carolina. The role requires 40 hours per week, with an 8-hour day shift and travel-eligible expectations.

Candidates should have 1 year of PT experience (6 months may be considered for exceptional backgrounds). Must hold BLS and state-specific licensure to practice in the assigned setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year of PT experience; 6 months accepted for an exceptional candidate.
• BLS certification and state licensing required.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and perform shifts.
• Willingness to travel and commit to a 13-week assignment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervising PTAs and therapy staff.
• Bill within the setting following facility guidelines.
• Comply with PT board rules and state regulations.
• Collaborate with Medical Center staff and physicians on plan of care.
• Understand adaptive equipment and reassess plans as needed.
• Evaluate and create the plan of care; modify as patient condition changes.
• Use Medical Center systems for daily tasks and charting.
• Provide timely documentation per state/insurance guidelines.
