Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Naples, Florida. The PT will evaluate and treat patients with mobility impairments in a dynamic travel setting, working 40 hours per week on a standard 8-hour day shift. Required licenses and BLS are needed; Doctorate is preferred. New grads welcome with relevant credentials.

Qualifications

• Valid PT license in Florida and compliant with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and determine functional limitations.
• Develop individualized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and goals.
• Implement therapy plans using evidence-based techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients and families on home exercises and safety.
