Job summary

TalentBurst, Inc is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an in-home outpatient setting in Unity, New Hampshire. The role involves delivering physical therapy services to older adults in their homes or independent living facilities, evaluating needs, and implementing individualized plans to promote independence.

The assignment runs for 14 weeks with a 40-hour workweek, starting 11/23/2026, with a daily 8-hour shift and a 08:00–16:30 schedule.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the practicing state(s).
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy, or Master's in a PT-related field with a Bachelor's in PT, or Bachelor's in PT with 5 years of PT experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise PT assistants and students per state licensure and standards.
• Maintain adherence to treatment schedules and complete clinical and billing documentation.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team to select appropriate therapy regimens and modify plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and safe home mobility.
• Promote safety and report equipment needs or safety hazards.
• Complete home and community mobility assessments and coordinate referrals as required.
