Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for Unity, New Hampshire. The role involves a 14-week assignment, 40 hours per week, with days shift. Immediate travel opening requires 1 year of PT experience, though 6 months may be accepted for exceptional candidates, and requires BLS and state licensure.

You will evaluate, develop, and execute a plan of care for diverse patient populations in the acute care setting, coordinating with the medical team and supervising staff as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of travel PT experience preferred; 6 months may be considered for exceptional candidates.
• BLS certification and state licensing are required.
• Ability to stand, walk for long periods and maintain flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop a plan of care for patients.
• Execute the plan of care in collaboration with the care team.
• Supervise PTAs and therapy staff as needed.
• Document timely and accurate patient records per guidelines.
