Job summary

TalentBurst, Inc is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Williamstown, Massachusetts. The role focuses on outpatient rehabilitation in the patient’s home or in an independent living facility setting, delivering individualized therapy to older adults.

The PT will evaluate and treat in the home environment, coordinate referrals, and train patients and caregivers to promote independence. This position offers a flexible schedule across in-home visits.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy (or equivalent).
• Driver's license and reliable transportation to patient homes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise PT Assistants, temporary licensees, students and support personnel as required.
• Adhere to department and patient treatment schedule; complete documentation.
• Attend patient care, staffing conferences and related meetings.
• Refer to other disciplines to address patient needs.
• Collaborate with rehab team to select appropriate therapy regimens.
• Design and adjust home-based plans; educate patients and caregivers.
