Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in accordance with state regulations.
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients using exams, tests, and history to identify functional limits.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans with manual therapy and therapeutic exercises.
- Operate equipment safely and monitor progress, adjusting treatments as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals for coordinated patient care.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and self-management.
- Maintain documentation of evaluations and outcomes per regulatory standards.
- Ensure a safe treatment environment following infection control.
- Engage in professional development and quality assurance activities.
- Assist in discharge planning to support recovery and community reintegration.
