Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy or Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with NPTE.
• Graduate from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year of experience.
• Current state PT license or in process; CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients for rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer a treatment plan with goals based on capacity.
• Document patient status and educate patients and families in PT methods.
• Develop care plans, provide skilled PT services, and collaborate with the care team.
