Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 16-week assignment in White River Junction, Vermont. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.
• Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify treatment needs.
• Develop rehabilitation programs and implement PT treatment plans.
• Document evaluations and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and safety.
