Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Yuma, AZ. The role offers 40 hours per week, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits while working with a dedicated clinical team.

The PT evaluates, diagnoses, and treats patients, develops individualized plans, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team in hospital, clinic, or rehab settings. New grads are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
Physical Therapy experience preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
Implement physical therapy treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals to optimize outcomes.
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and self-management.
