Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Columbia, SC. The role includes evaluating patients, creating rehab plans, and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

The candidate must hold a valid PT license, maintain BLS certification, and preferably possess a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. New grads welcome; travel benefits and competitive pay are provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Develop and implement individualized rehab plans.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
