Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a traveling Physical Therapist to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions across multiple facilities in central Illinois. The position offers a 13-week assignment with days shifts and 8-hour days.

Ideal candidates hold a PT degree, an active Illinois license, and BLS. Prior SNF experience and geriatric care familiarity are preferred, and housing/travel support is provided.

Qualifications

• PT degree (Bachelors/Masters/Doctoral) recognized by the APTA.
• Active Illinois Physical Therapist license to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Experience with geriatric populations and restorative nursing programs preferred.
• Ability to manage documentation in electronic medical records preferred.
• Willingness to split assignment across multiple nearby facilities (Tuscola, Arcola, Bement) as part of a rota is required.
