Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC seeks a traveling Physical Therapist to assist patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions across central Illinois facilities. The role offers day shifts, 40 hours per week, and a 13-week contract with housing and benefits designed for travelers.

Candidates should hold a PT degree with active Illinois licensure. BLS may be required; familiarity with geriatric populations and restorative programs is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's/Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
• Active Illinois Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Experience with geriatric patient populations and restorative nursing programs preferred.
• Ability to manage documentation in electronic medical records preferred.
• Willingness to split assignment across multiple nearby facilities (Tuscola, Arcola, Bement) as part of a rota is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide physical therapy to patients across multiple facilities in central Illinois.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for geriatric populations in skilled nursing facilities.
• Document patient progress in electronic medical records and coordinate with facility staff.
