Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an assignment in Okeechobee, FL. The role is a 13-week travel position with 40 hours per week, day shift, starting 10/05/2026.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Must hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with NPTE.
• Minimum one year's experience as a physical therapist.
• Current state license or in the licensure process as a PT.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals based on patient capacity.
• Document patient condition and educate patients and families in therapy methods.
• Develop a plan of care and provide skilled PT services per physician orders.
• Collaborate with disciplines to plan and evaluate patient goals.
