Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health position requiring DPT degree and PT licensure, with EPIC experience a plus.

• Home health setting
• Day shift schedule: 4x9s plus a half day (40 total hours per week)
• Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM-5:30 PM and Friday 8:00 AM-12:00 PM
• No call requirements
• EPIC EMR experience preferred

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required for those licensed on or after January 2016, or foreign equivalent
• 2-3 years of Physical Therapy experience preferred
• Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice required (if applicable)
• BLS/CPR certification from an approved vendor required

• Conducts treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions
• Serves as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient care
