American Traveler, LLC. seeks a Physical Therapist for a Home Health float role in Massachusetts. Requires 1 year of travel experience and 1 year of home care experience, plus an active MA PT license and AHA certifications.

Flu vaccine is required with no exemptions. Position covers North Region sites around Arlington, Everett, Malden, Medford, West Medford, Melrose, and Somerville. Hours are 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with a 13-week assignment and travel to patient cases as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required if applicable; MA Conditional licenses not accepted
• Minimum 1 year of travel experience required
• Minimum 1 year of home care experience required
• AHA certifications only
• Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions allowed

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy in patients' homes
• Covers North Region locations including Arlington, Everett, Malden, Medford, West Medford, Melrose, and Somerville
• Patients range in age from birth to 100+ years with impairments or disabilities
• Schedule is 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 13-week assignment length
• Travel to patient cases as assigned
• Uses Epic for charting
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and other health professionals to coordinate care
• Timely electronic documentation and communication per agency policies
• Local candidates must reside within 60 miles of Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston
• Parking not validated at Boston locations; public transport or parking lots with daily rates $17–$22
• Timekeeping is managed through UKG/Kronos

• 13-week assignment length
• Requires ability to travel to patient cases as assigned
• Uses Epic for charting
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and other allied health professionals to identify needs and coordinate care
• Perform thorough and timely electronic documentation and interdisciplinary communication per agency policies and standards of practice
• Local candidates must reside within 60 miles of Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston
