American Traveler, LLC seeks a Physical Therapist for a Home Health assignment. Must have 1+ year of home health experience and HCHB EMR proficiency. CA license required if applicable. Flexible travel within a 60-mile radius of the hub office, with iPad provided for documentation.

Day shifts, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, 5 days per week, no weekends or on-call. Mileage reimbursement and housing benefits available for travelers.

Formación

• Current BLS certification required.
• Oasis experience required.
• HCHB EMR experience preferred.
• California license required if applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Home Health setting serving a geriatric patient population.
• Average caseload of 5-7 patients per day.
• Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
• No weekend shifts or on-call requirements.
• Territory covers up to a 60-mile radius from the hub office.
• Uses HCHB EMR system.
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply.
• Local candidates accepted at the travel rate.
• Traveler must be flexible with territory assignments within the service area.
• Scrubs required in any color; jeans not permitted.
• iPad provided for documentation purposes.
• Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate.
• Timely communication and documentation expected.
