Proforma Health Inc. is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist to provide therapy services in an acute care hospital setting, covering cardiac, stroke, ortho, ICU, neuro, and med-surg patients. The role requires four 10-hour shifts weekly, with weekend coverage on a rotating basis.

You’ll assist patients in recovery, facilitate credentialing and documentation, and work with a dedicated team to ensure high-quality care in a certified stroke facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience, including at least 1 year in acute care.
• Open to first-time travelers.
• Stroke care certification preferred.
