Job summary

AccessHealth is seeking a Travel Home Health Physical Therapist to deliver patient-centered therapy in home health settings across locations. You will conduct evaluations, provide treatments, and maintain productivity while ensuring OASIS documentation and compliance with home health standards.

The role requires a PT license and a degree from an accredited program; BLS may be required. You will work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no on-call or weekend duties, collaborating with
