Job summary

DayToDay Health in the United States is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to assess patients needing rehabilitation, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide skilled therapy per physician orders.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, document progress, modify care plans as needed, and educate patients and families on therapy methods and safety while upholding credentialing standards.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• NPTE licensure as a Registered PT or in progress.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities
