Job summary

Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. seeks a Travel Physical Therapist to join our field-based team. You will evaluate patients, design and implement therapy plans, and coordinate with healthcare partners across multiple sites.

This 40-hour-per-week role runs on 10-hour day shifts, with travel between facilities. The package includes housing allowance, travel reimbursement, and support from a dedicated clinical team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 24 months of Physical Therapy experience.
• Active PT license with no restrictions.
• Current BLS and PALS certifications.

Travel Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 24 months of recent Physical Therapy experience, active license with no license restrictions, and current BLS and PALS certifications. Experience in acute care and Level I trauma facilities is preferred. Must have life support certifications from AHA, ARC, or ASHI, and a valid driver's license for residency verification. Travel experience is highly advantageous.
