Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or actively pursuing licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Develop and administer a treatment plan with goals based on patient capacity.
• Document patient condition and progress; educate patients and families in physical therapy methods.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate goals.
