MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a traveling Physical Therapist for a Springfield assignment in Massachusetts. The role involves providing direct patient care, developing treatment plans, and coordinating with the care team to meet patient goals.

The position requires a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (or a Bachelor’s with NPTE), active licensure, CPR certification, and at least one year of experience. Travel housing or housing allowance is provided along with benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE.
• Minimum one year's experience in physical therapy.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or actively applying for licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients needing rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Develop and administer treatment plans with goals based on patient capacity.
• Document patient condition and educate patients and families on therapy methods.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to plan and evaluate patient goals.
