Job summary

Vibra Travel’s is seeking a Physical Therapist for travel assignments based in Aurora, Colorado. The PT will provide and direct physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and documentation, under a physician's order.

Supervises PTAs and therapy aides as needed and collaborates with facility staff to ensure patient progress. The role requires an active PT license in the state, BLS certification, a driver’s license, and ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of employment is required.
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor is required.
• Current driver’s license and ability to travel are required.
• Minimum of one year of experience as a PT.

Responsibilities

• Provide and direct Physical Therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication in assigned locations.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and Rehabilitation Aides/Therapy Techs.
• Work under a physician's order and coordinate with facility staff to monitor patient progress.
