The Physical Therapist utilizes a comprehensive evaluation to assess patient needs and function, devises and implements treatment plans to promote the highest level of patient independence, and re-assesses progress to ensure optimal outcomes. Education is provided to patients and families, guiding progress toward goals.

Travel assignments are offered across Vibra partner facilities nationwide; the role requires active PT license, BLS, a valid driver’s license, and ability to travel via

Formación

• Active PT license in state of employment
• Current BLS certification from Vibra-approved vendor
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to travel by air and ground transportation
• Minimum 1 year of PT experience

• Provides direct patient care (evaluation and treatment)
• Performs appropriate written communication
• Interacts professionally through clinical communication
• Maintains state-of-the-art training and education for job role
