Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active State License is Required to Start to Assignment.
• Indiana license required to start.
• HEP B, TB, Flu, Tdap may be required to start.
• Criminal Background, OIG Search, Good Health verification required to start.

Responsibilities

• Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions.
• Provide therapy services at multiple clinics as needed, with potential floating to another clinic if staffing is secured.
