Qualifications

• Must have a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active State License required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Maintains licensure in good standing and completes continuing education requirements.
• Schedule: 5x8
