Critical Connection, inc is seeking a licensed, patient-focused Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Smyrna, Delaware. This role offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour days, and a 13-week duration with guaranteed hours.

New graduates are welcome, and you can work in a variety of clinical settings while receiving a housing stipend, benefits, and relocation assistance where applicable. You will evaluate patients, provide skilled PT services, and coordinate with care teams.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active (or pending) state Physical Therapy license.
• New graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients based on individualized plans of care
• Provide skilled, patient-centered physical therapy services
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Educate patients and caregivers to support long-term outcomes
• Document care accurately and in compliance with clinical standards
