Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Fallon, NV. You will evaluate patients, design and implement rehab plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team to restore mobility and independence in diverse settings.

Must hold a valid PT license and BLS; new grads are welcome. Travel benefits include competitive pay, licensure reimbursement, and comprehensive medical coverage from day one.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify functional limitations.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Deliver PT treatment plans and monitor outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and therapists for coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and home programs.
• Maintain safe environment and document progress in medical records.
