Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Fallon, NV. The role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients to improve mobility and reduce pain in hospital, clinic, or rehab settings.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the applicable state regulations
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• New graduates welcome to apply with DPT preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify functional limitations.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Execute physical therapy treatments using demonstrated techniques.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to optimize patient care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
• Maintain a safe, compliant treatment environment and infection control standards.
• Assist in discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions to home or community settings.
