Job summary

Assured Nursing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Fall River, Massachusetts. The PT will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to restore function and mobility across varied facilities.

Requirements include graduation from an APTA-accredited program, an active PT license (or ability to obtain), and strong communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state PT license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
• Develop and update treatment/discharge plans of care.
• Document services accurately and timely.
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per practice acts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
