Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Manchester, PA. This role offers 40 hours per week, days shift, and the chance to work in hospital, clinic, or rehab settings with a supportive clinical team.

Required licensure in-state, current BLS, and a passion for improving mobility and quality of life. New grads are welcome; travel experience is a plus, and competitive pay and benefits accompany this opportunity.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in state compliance.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on goals.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and other staff for coordinated care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and safety.
• Ensure safety and infection control during therapy sessions.
• Assist with discharge planning for transitions.
