Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Loveland, Colorado. The ideal candidate will evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized rehab plans, and work with a supportive clinical team across diverse settings.

Requirements include a valid PT license and BLS; Doctorate is preferred. Travel role offers comprehensive benefits and continued professional growth with travel-friendly scheduling.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy (preferred)
• New grads welcome to apply and other licenses may be required for the position

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and create treatment plans
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals
• Implement therapy treatments to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Operate therapy equipment safely and calibrate devices as needed
• Document evaluations, interventions and outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and therapists for coordinated care
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and self-management
• Maintain safe treatment environment and infection control
• Participate in quality assurance and professional development
• Assist in discharge planning for transitions to home or community settings
