Job summary

TotalMed Allied seeks a Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Loveland, Colorado. The role runs 13 weeks at 40 hours per week with 8-hour days, and involves evaluating patients, developing plans of care, and coordinating with medical teams in an acute setting.

New grads are welcome; 6 months of experience may be considered for exceptional candidates. Must hold BLS and state-specific licensure to practice as a PT in Colorado.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience preferred; 6 months may be considered for exceptional candidates.
• BLS certification and state-specific licensing required.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and perform essential PT duties.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop a plan of care for diverse populations.
• Oversee PTAs and support staff as needed.
• Document accurately following state and insurance guidelines.
• Bill for services per facility guidelines and stay within regulations.
• Interface with medical center staff and physicians to coordinate care.
• Understand adaptive equipment and apply appropriate interventions.
• Modify plans of care based on patient progress.
