Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy seeks a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Algona, IA. The role offers a 40-hour work week, day shifts, and a chance to work in diverse settings, including hospitals and clinics. License, BLS, and state compliance are required, with Doctorate preferred.

You will evaluate patients, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with a clinical team to ensure high-quality care while enjoying the experience of travel healthcare.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement treatment plans using techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
