Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Waukon, Iowa. The role offers 40 hours per week, days shift, ASAP start, and a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• New grads welcome to apply. Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.
• Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment need.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies.
