Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Jacksonville, FL. This role offers 40 hours per week with an 8-hour shift, in a travel setting designed to support patient mobility and quality of life.

The PT will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across hospitals, clinics, and rehab centers, delivering evidence-based care. BLS and active PT licensure are required with a strong clinical skill set and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy license in Florida per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) is required.
• New grads welcome to apply with potential for licensure in-state.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized rehab plans.
• Implement therapy interventions to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, progress, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists for coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
