Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Sierra Vista, AZ. You will evaluate patients, develop and execute rehab plans, and collaborate with a clinical team to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' conditions and determine treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Administer PT treatments to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate PT equipment safely and maintain devices.
• Document evaluations and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team for coordinated care.
• Educate patients on home programs to support recovery.
